A Garden Stroll

So many kitties have such beautiful gardens and we're a little excited  because we have some photos to show!  Last year we planted a lily garden and they are looking good this year.  Finally some plants the mom didn't kill!

There are darker salmon colored ones with smooth edges.

And lighter ones with ruffly edges.

The dark reds ones have just started to bloom.

They all seem so happy!
This is their first full year and they have survived transplanting, the weather and the mom.
Best yet, they remind the mom of her mother.
The last fun place the mom went with her mom was the nursery where she bought these lilies.
So they make her feel good all over!
And each year they will fill in more and look better.
It was so hot and humid this day the camera misted up
giving this "special effect".

We hope you enjoyed seeing these pictures as much as we enjoyed sharing them!

Those are beautiful flowers! We think if it's hot enough for the camera to fog, we will stay inside and enjoy your lovely photos from afar.

We love these pictures of your lilies, kitties! The Mom did a great job, and we think it is so special that they remind her of HER Mom.

It's been humid here, too. The Dad's glasses fog up whenever he gets out of the car. MOL!

Hugs!

Hi Friends,
It's so good to see you! Your mom's lillies are beautiful!! We just now saw your last post. So sorry about your mom being rear ended! Hope she gets the best of the wasps but carefully. Also hope MMM continues to mend.

Lovely! We love lilies and luckily the deer didn't eat ours this year like last year.

Those are such pretty lilies. We love the lilies. We have some here that are Tiger Lilies. But they are all buried by the tall grass that we have from all the rain. Have a great day. How is MMM doing???

Thank you for sharing those wonderful pictures with us. We've never had any talent for gardening so it's nice to see something that's really grown and not something from stock photos.

The day lilies are lovely. So nice that your mom has them to remind her of her mom. They will multiply and go on and on forever. And you cannot kill them! You can dig them out of the ground, throw them in a bucket and not replant them for months. And guess what? They still bloom. Mom knows all about them 'cause at one time it seems that's all she could grow. Enjoy your beautiful garden. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
