Oui Oui, maybe you have a mouse or something in your house. Because we can't imagine who would have been digging a hole to China in the middle of the night. After all, there's just you in that box, with those crinkly looking papers, and you look wide awake and all, and ... oh, um ... and ... did you manage to fall asleep? ;)

I like to dig Mom's mattress next to her, all the way to China. But she doesn't take pictures. She just says "stop, stop".

Humans just don't get our need for a little nighttime activity. We usually stick to emptying the upstairs food bowl in the wee small hours. We are all very good at crunching softly. One of our angels, Thelma, used to love to play and talk in the middle of the night. Our pawrents thought it was funny, and they never got mad at her 'cause that was the only time she did talk.
