Tortie Tuesday

Mica Minnie Moo snuggled & squished.

Its gotten colder and I've been snuggling as close as I can to the mom.  The mom, hoping closeness will help me calm down, has been doing as many things as she can snuggled up with me.  Maybe then I will grow eyebrows and butt furs.

One good thing has happened!  I have discovered a new and wonderful treat! Shredded Parmesan cheese and Raspberry vinaigrette.  Ah, heaven on earth!  I love them both separately and together!  I help the mom finish her salad then get to lick the bowl.

Calming treats, collars and drops haven't worked.  The vet shots didn't work.  Play therapy didn't work.  I'm not allowed to look at Julie.  Will snuggle therapy work?  What chance does loving stand against neurosis?

Will the mom get her Christmas wish and have 4 normal looking cats again?  Or will she have to settle for 3 normal looking cats and one with eyebrowless yet pretty blue eyes?  One thing seems certain - a vet visit for someone after the holidays.

Speaking of Christmas wishes, Oui Oui is hosting an event at The Tabby Cat Club entitled Holiday Wishes, so stop by for a little holiday cheer with some of your favorite striped furriends.

We think snuggle therapy is definitely worth trying. It may make you feel more secure, MMM. But we know your mom loves you no matter what.

Aww, sweet girl, I am pretty darn neurotic myself. I don't pull out my eyebrows, but I continue about half the time to scurry away from the Human when she reaches to pet me and Cod forbid I should let her pick me up and snuggle--NEFUR gonna happen. Sigh. It's a good thing the Humans luffs us as much as they do.

MMM, I wish something would work to help you! I have to add, I too share your parmesan cheese love. The raspberry vinaigrette... not so much (although I did taste some balsamic vinaigrette once!).

Snuggle therapy is good for kitties and humans.

We've been over at the TCC and really love your Christmas wish.

Very sophisticated taste in treats, I must say.

MMM, a vet visit or seeing veterinary behaviorist is your best bet. P.S. we confess to licking salad dressing off plates.

MMM, we are so sorry that nothing is working for you but who cares if you don't have eyebrows. Maybe that is just the way you are going to be. That salad dressing sounds really good. We are just glad you have a great Mom who takes such good care of you.

Hopefully the snuggle affect works out, then you can have eyebrows and the mom won't pout.

Sweet mmm, poor dear. Snuggling is good for everybody. Hope it brings comfort and eyebrows.
Is it possible that there's an allergy or something else involved?

MMM, we sure do hope that snuggle therapy works! If not, it's pretty nice anyway, right? :)

Raspberry vinaigrette and parmesan CHEESE sound delicious. Moosey says you can add some lettuce to make it purrfect!

Hugs!

well, it's funny isn't it? snuggling makes me want to shed my entire hide - anyfing to get away from clingy bald human hands. but if it works for you, you go girl!

fur instance, my head-case of a sisfur Suzie loves it. she looks forward to it all day. go figure. be that as it may, it sounds like you is just too fragile a little flower to be pestered by my butt-head brofur, so let's shelve that match-making project until you feels bettah, k? hope you is on teh mend soon!

Oh, MMM, sure wish your mom knew what would help but hopefully the snuggle therapy will work. You're such a pretty girl. Eyebrows are overrated anyway. I hate to say it, but you make Annie look a little more normal. Plus, reading some of these comments, I realize that lots of kitties aren't snuggle kitties. Hang in there, girl. Let your mom love on you.
