Mancat Monday

Kitties, I'm interrupting this important after-shredding nap to apologize for mysterppearing* all last week.  Once again, the mom seemed to think several things were more important than our blogging.  The excuses!  Oy vey!  First, it was The Really Big Project That Had To Be Finished at work, then it was she had to get everything in to the accountant so The Girl could file her FASFA in time for one of her scholarships, then The Girl was hospitalized with food poisoning.  What a week!

Well, now we are going to try to pick up where we left off, even though all momentum and continuity has been lost.  As you might remember, there was an impromptu party.  And there were some consequences.  After the party Julie had such horrid mats, she had to go to the beauty salon.

The mom couldn't believe how she got that bad so quickly.  I didn't rat her out, but all I'll say is **coff**  **coff**  mosh pit  **coff**.

So remember this picture of Julie?

Wait until you see her now!  BTW, The Girl is fine now . . . or at least she's back to classes and work, but still feeling a little woozy.

*  Do you like the word "mysterppearing?  Its short for a mystery disappearance.  Another coinage from our mom who also gave the world "Butt Butter" - you know, the nasty stuff that's inside impacted anal glands.

It's about time you kitties got back here. Your human has all sorts of what she considers good excuses, but "excuses don't make a cat blog post!" Yes, I just made that saying up.

ha ha - humans need better watches and clocks so they can keep on schedule better. Sorry the Girl had a bout with stomach problems. That's not fun M says anyway. Glad you are back mow - missed you.

You really need to get yer Mom to stop working. According to TBT, they get free money when they stop.

(we might be wrong about that - TBT laffed his head off which is not the best sign of acuracy of Beins).

I wonderered where you were! And Julie...Admiral had mats like that and even got her LEGS shaved! How embarrassing!

Thank goodness the Grrl is better! Mom said she had that twice and she'll NEVER forget it.

Love Butt Butter. Mom said Admiral's secret was she had butt butter several times in her last year or so with us. Great turn of phrase.

Of course I will come and see everyone. I may be Queen but first, I'm Katie. xoxoxox

wow! what a post! Massive Mats? Woozy Girlies? FAFSA filing fiascos? What a day! Mrs. Whatsername wants me to tell you she wishes the Butt Butter image could "mysterppear" from her brain cells. Oh well. Too late now.
p.s. - she also says "fanks" for the FAFSA reminder - she has to do that too.
