Play time, anyone?
Nighttime rules around here are kind of strange. Absolutely no picking your toes in bed. No lick-fests either. But we can purr right in the mom's ear and she might "stir" us up when we stop purring to get us going again. We can also wake her up, one after another, for midnight scratches and even go back for seconds. Guess she's used to it.
So just how long will she put up with me
Playing with a string and
Bunny kicking the pillow next to her head?
Wait . . . wait for it . . .
5 . . . 4 . . . 3 . . .

Hee hee! So, are you going to let us know how long the mom tolerated that, Oui Oui?
The mom and dad here give us scritches whenever they wake up and find us snuggled up next to them. :)
Hugs,
Sammy and Moosey
Oh we run all over the waterbed at early night and keep TBT up. He isn't thrilled, but he IS used to it. We settle down eventally around him for the night.
Hee-hee! Our Mommy lets us do pretty much anything but laying across her nose and smothering her. MOL!
WHAT?! There are Bed Rules... set by your HUMAN? Only kitties set rules, especially Bed Rules!
Does she kick you out of the room if you keep at it?
When I sleep with Mommy, she sometimes throws me out for absolutely no reason.
...Cosmo
Mommy here : It's because you keep pushing at my legs and literally off the bed!
The only rules are no fighting, no barfing, and no picking at the pillowcase with claws (Pierre would pick, pick, pick at the fabric, and the head peep says she is like the princess and the pea with lumpy pillowcase fabric). But other than that, we bounce around, bathe, displace each other, and announce breakfast time at midnight. You should try it.
No biting or scratching is our only rule and Pat takes the string away, as we tend to eat them, not good he says.
Well "played" Oui-Oui!
Purrs,
The Chans
oui...we wanna place 97 cents on wait for it number....
THREE !!!!
That sounds like one fun hobby!
Awww...your mommy is so good to you guys. I think the line would be drawn at playing in bed. Annie doesn't sleep with me (yet) unless she's waiting for me to get up in the morning to feed her. Oui Oui, you're a lucky girl to get pets in the middle of he night. I wonder how much longer your mom put up with the bunny kicking.
Oui Oui
I sleep on top of Mom's chest. I move around, so you know how I keep her awake! :)
Out Oui, I have often bragged about mom sleeping on the edge of the bed while I take up all of the rest. I stretch out and I expand to cover all parts of the bed but the edge. That is the rule. I also wiggle my toes on her...check her ears and eye lids, speak softly and bring toys, I lay on her feet so she can't turn over. I wedge into her back also so she can't turn over. When I cram into the tummy area she is so enchanted she suffers even longer to keep me there. I rule.
Wow, you have your mom trained really well. Ours isn't so good about us dancing on her at 3am.
My, your Human is excellently tolerant. As adorable as she finds me, the Human is not so enamored of me at 2:30 a.m., which is okay since I really don't snuggle up to sleep with her, MOL!
Bunny kicking! Looooove that!
wow. you are so brave. i find the whole 'bed wif sleeping human' to be one of the few thing i'm afraid of. my sisfur Suzy can sleep on chests, heads, etc - she can even get under the blanket - nuthin' scares her. i just sit on the very edge and try not to get kicked.
I like waking up the human.... cuz once she's awake, she has to go to the bathroom.... and then she STAYS awake! woo woo!
Psst. Angel brandi told me to say she loves your purple flower background.

Seems as if you have mom very well-trained. Keep up the good work. Purrs and hugs from the kitties at The Cat on My Head, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Josette
