We Apologize!

Kitties, we are so sorry for going MIA this weekend and last one too.  The mom, whining as usual about how busy she is, has been stressing and "working hard" at artwork for The Girl's business.  The Girl came into town this weekend and the mom didn't bring the flashy box out once!  I guess there was a silver lining after all!

I had to amuse myself!

They left the house at 6:50 am and didn't get home until 9:30 pm Saturday.  So what were they doing?  Who knows, strange things like opening a bank account for the business, buying stuff, shlepping things, whatever.  Sunday wasn't much better.  We kitties were dreadfully neglected and if it happens again, we are calling Social Services!  There was only minimal playing and scratching, definitely not up to our standards.

I came out from under the kitty towel (background)
and tried to look my cutest, and guess what?
Ignored!
Well, maybe I was scratched for a little bit.

The Girl has friends who wanted some of her nonexistent business T Shirts, so the mom worked on a cartoon, came up with this design and ordered a prototype:

The Girl modeling her T Shirt.  Below is a close up of the mom's happy horse cartoon.

You might need to biggify the photos.

So we beg your forgiveness!  We aren't going to say it won't happen again, but if it does, there will be some rather unhappy kitties.  We are going to have a report on Mica Minnie Moo and the Coconut Oil too, coming soon.  Life doesn't get much more exciting than that around here.  (Which explains why we sleep 20 hours a day.)

My human is really interested in how the coconut oil thing is working out for MMM. She decided to bring some home for us, but the only one who is willing to have anything to do with it is Binga, which is good because she is hoping she can use it to keep her "regular" instead of the lactulose from the vet. Binga LOVES the stuff. She was hoping I could use it for my touchy stomach but I think the stuff is nasty!

BTW, the logo looks great!

We don't know why the humans think they can neglect us kitties.

Oh dear, this neglect is awful. I don't know how she could do that to you, Oui Oui, especially when you look so cute. The Girl's business sounds exciting, and I love your mom's artwork. Can't wait to hear if the coconut oil is helping MMM. That would be awesome!

Yes, hopefully Annie will start sleeping with me. I caught her in the bed a couple times last night so maybe there's hope and she's not just waiting for me to get up and feed her. Thanks for the encouragement.

The t-shirt design is great! The neglect - not so much. Maybe a few well-placed hairballs will get their attention! MOL!

Well, if cute doesn't get you some attention, then like Prancer Pie said...go with some well-placed hairballs! That should work for sure!!

We can't wait to hear the coconut oil report. The mom is threatening to get us some.

We know that stuff gets in the way of our people doing our blog.. So we understand!
Oh boy! Are you part of the coconut revolution too?? We really started something, MOL I hope it's doing as much for MMM as it is for Star!

That's serious neglect. That fetching look and only a little bit of scritching? You need to make it clear that they should be paying more attention to you. This simply won't do!

That is a very cute shirt. Glad the Girl is getting all organized to start her new business. Good luck to her. And well done Mom on the design on the shirt.

Oh, what could the humans have to do that could be more important than serving OUR every whim?! Honestly, sometimes they get ideas above their station and they have to be put into place.

(Cool logo, though!)

The lack of excitement is pretty SOP around here as well. Sometimes napping is the only alternative to playing with yourself! MOL! Mom, just warned us to keep it clean. Hope your week improves drastically. Purrs and hugs from the kitties at The Cat on My Head, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Josette
