My name is Jewell, but my Mommy calls me by lots of pet names - like Sweet Julia, Juliette, but mostly Julie. My cat mom was a grand champion kitty, she was purry fluffy and beautiful. One day she went Out There. Soon she had kittens, Carlos and I were two of them. We kitties were taken to the V.E.T.s for her to find us a good home. My Mommy came in and the V.E.T. asked her if she would take both of us. So we went to our home.
There were 3 other kitties there. An old part Meezer kitty, Lumpy, an orinch kitty with lots of toes, Toby, and a tortie, Minnie Pumpkin. Its a family tradition that all tortie kitties have "Minnie" in their name, in honor of Mommy's granny. These 3 kitties have all ran to the bridge. I didn't really like any of them. I was purry, purry cute, fluffy and beautiful, so of course I should be the queen of the house. The other kitties didn't see it that way since I was just a kitten. So we just ignored each other. I ignored Carlos too, just for good measure.
One day Mommy and the Girl brought home a stripped kitten and named her Sweet Pea. Then they started calling her all kinds of redickulus names - Meertah, Sugar Bee, Oui Oui, Twinkletoes. I didn't like her either. She was small and had stripes! She smelled funny and she PLAYED WITH MOMMY!! I tried being mean to her so she would go away but it didn't work! I broke down the barrier to her room, bit her and all she wanted to do was play with me!! Commoners don't touch royalty! I did get used to her, but I took my time. I don't attack her, so long as she stays away. She still tries to play with me, but all I have to do is hiss.....
Last hots another cat came home, and I REALLY, REALLY HATED HER!!! Right from the start. She wanted to be queen and bossed the other kitties, but there can only be one queen! That queen is me, and I'm not giving my crown to anyone! I am beautiful with a big, fluffy tail and treemendously long whiskers! I can't stand to look at her with her piteously short whiskers and that dumb black tail, but I'm not allowed to anyway. I tried staring her to death, biting her and killing her from under the door every night, but she just won't leave. I'm sure if there was some one you hated and they came uninvited to live at your house, you would understand and do the same.
But I love my Mommy purry much! I help her read and sleep next to her on my special snowflake pillow that only looks good with MY furs and MY big, beautiful fluffy tail. I push so hard against her when I sleep that I roll up on her some, that's how much I love my Mommy! I specially like it when she scratches under my arms, then I put my legs straight up in the air the whole time. Cause it feels that good. I squeak my cutest at her and give her lots of kisses which she preciates very much. I would never bite my Mommy unless she combs me with the evil comb.
Some scratches feel so good you have to put your arms in the air

We think you are very pretty and definitely Queen of the House! Sometimes, even as queen, you need to be nice to the commoners.
Julie, you are very pretty. We're sorry that you don't like the other cats...maybe you should give them a chance...they might not be as bad as you think!
What a lovely ladycat you are Julie - but the other kitties who allow you to share their home are lovely too so don't be mean to them.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
You're a very pretty Royal on sweet Julie and I'm glad your Mom was there!!!
Hello beautiful Julie..I loved reading about you but I ask that you try, as a good Queen, to be nice to the other kitties. Your mommy loves you so there's no need to be so worried and feaful about the other kitties who live there with you. They want mommy's loves too. You'll enjoy having someone to play with if you give them the chance.
You are extremely beautiful.
It is hard to share with all the other cats. Thanks for stopping by!

Julie, as Queen of the House it would behoove you (we always wanted to use "behoove") to treat your subjects with kindness. Your kingdom will run much more smoothly if you do--and you'll get more of what you want in the end. :-)
P.S. Our mom's angel Annie never took to us after we were adopted, especially not Nicki, so every day was rather hissy and growly and unpleasant for all concerned. Not exactly stress-free.
OMC, I'm faced with another Julie???? You, my dear, are 'way more beautiful even though I love my Julie bunches.
It was so nice to meet you!

Julie, we just found your blog! You are very beautiful, indeed. There are a lot of kitties at our house so we know all about ruling the roost!
Always lovely to meet beautiful kitties. Every household needs a King or Queen to rule the roost and you clearly are suited for the roll.
You sure are a beautiful queen, Julie. We hope you learn to get along with the commoners in your midst. Who knows, you may like them if you just give them a chance. :)
Maybe the other cats will learn to follow your ways!
Nubbin wiggles,
Oskar
MeoW! You really have such nice fur! How do you do that?
You are such a beatiful kitty. Maybe you should give the others a chance - you might even get to like them. Funny that you should ignore your brother from the same litter too.
